His colleagues noticed this and, after a small crowd, the people’s deputy was expelled from the Verkhovna Rada hall, because they said that he “flaunts a military uniform.” In the expulsion of Shevchenko from the Council, the people’s deputies of the European Solidarity participated mainly.
Recall that at the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, Yevgeny Shevchenko tried to leave the country, and then announced that he was serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Later, information appeared that he works in Ukrainian intelligence.
Shevchenko is the same people’s deputy who constantly went to bow to Lukashenka and became a frequent hero of propaganda stories on Belarusian propaganda television. In May 2021, he was expelled from the Servant of the People party.
