Grossy will arrive in Iran on Wednesday night and meet with Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi and President Masud Peseshkian, reported by the IRNA State Information Agency, citing Cazema Garibabadi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The visit will take place on the eve of the new cycle of negotiations between Iran and the United States under the Tehran nuclear program.
According to media reports, such negotiations have been planned in Rome for Saturday.
The Iran and the United States made the first phase of indirect negotiations, where they discussed the Iran’s nuclear program and the possibility of lifting penalties.
