This order was made by the commander of the 15th separate coastal missile brigade of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, Colonel Alexei Shcherbakov. The enemy used the missile anti -coorabread of the average radius type 3M55 “ONYX” for shock.
Sokolov, Romanov and Shcherbakov were already informed in “Over Suspicion” as part of the second part of art. 28 and part 1 of art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war provided by international treaties, the consent of which is granted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as well as an order to commit such actions through a preliminary conspiracy by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
We recall that on January 31, the Russian army attacked the historical center of Odessa, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then at least 15 monuments were injured as a result of shelling.
In particular, a large destruction was recorded in the Bristol Hotel building – one of the most pronounced architectural structures of the central part of the city. The explosive wave also damaged the surrounding historical buildings.
