The last time they were seen three years ago. After the start of a full invasion, this man went to defend Ukraine, and their hometown was under occupation.
The 10-year-old girl and her mother repeatedly tried to leave, but every time they refused. The Russian military checked the databases and found that the girl’s father was a military soldier. After that, any attempt to cross the border became too dangerous. Nevertheless, this was done as part of the initiative “Return of children.”
Today the family is finally together. Ahead – adaptation, the family will receive the necessary support for psychologists and social specialists.
