Europe should create its own team for negotiations in Ukraine and appoint a special representative on this issue. President Finland said Alexander Stubb in an interview with France 24.
“We (Europeans – Ed.) Need two things. One is a group of negotiations, such as Americans, Ukrainians and Russians. As in Riyadh, in Saudi Arabia,” Stubb said.
The Finland head emphasized the importance of an appointment of a special messenger in Ukraine to adjust European efforts.
“Perhaps, in the end we will need a special envoy that will answer and organize everything that is happening now. Even though we have a good leadership from France and Great Britain, the question still appears:” Well, who is an European envoy? Who should I call? “He explained his perspective.
