Ukraine’s armed forces have received 12 billion – Ministry of Defense

The money aims to buy drones, electronic warfare, transportation and other equipment to increase the efficiency of divisions in the front line.

In the first quarter of the current year, nearly 12.3 billion hryvnias is allocated to ensure the brigades of the battle of the armed forces. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense on Friday, March 28.

It is indicated that these funds are intended for the purchase of drones, electronic warfares, transportation and other equipment to increase the efficiency of the front line units.

The department recalled that the drone project launched the project.

“As part of this program, the five most successful battle units of using UAVs have gained the opportunity to unite to buy drones, Reb equipment, vehicles for mobile groups. Thanks to drones, it will allow you to build Killzone Front and exclude enemy’s movement and transportation,” the report said.

The Ministry of Defense at the beginning of 2025 has changed the acquisition rules for military units, allowing them to buy both coded and non -documented products in simplified methods.

“Such a quick purchase is possible to test the best innovative examples of domestic UAV directly on the battlefield and offer them to measure the country’s military-political leadership,” said Gleb Kanevsky, director of the Department of Getting the Ministry of Defense Policy.

Note that from the beginning of 2025, the Ministry of Defense has completed contracts with 12 Ukrainian weapons manufacturers for nearly 130 billion UAH. The Victory Weapon Program allows you to develop long -interm partnerships with Ukrainian manufacturers.
