The explosion near the CCC building in Kherson was planned by Russian special services.
According to the results of a special operation, SBU detained a Russian agent who was preparing an explosion near the building of the Kherson territorial center for equipment. The attacker was to leave the bag with explosives at the entrance, and the Russians planned to remotely remove his agent. On March 27, the Security Service of Ukraine reported Telegram.
It turned out that for their own purposes, Russians planned to use the unemployed Cherkazi, which was typed FSB on the Internet. In the Cherkazi region, he previously performed several tasks of the enemy – he set fire to the decoration. He was later sent to Kherson, where he took explosives. The traitor also installed a special program on his phone, with which FSB tracked every step.
Thus, the Russian intelligence service planned to find out about the agent’s stay in order to blow up it with explosives near the shopping center, ”SBU emphasized.
It is noted that the detainee was already informed of suspicion in the framework of the second part of art. 113 (sabotage is committed in martial law) and part 2 of art. 15, part 2 of art. 258 (attempt by a terrorist law) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The attacker threatens a lifelong conclusion with confiscation of property.
We recall that on March 26, SBU detained a pair of Russian agent, which prepared two explosions in Ternopil. Initially, the enemy planned to blow up a service car parked near the Tax Code, and after arriving at the place of emergency services, the second explosive was supposed to work.
