The security service violated another attempt by racists to weaken the socio-political situation in the western regions of Ukraine. According to the results of a special operation, a Russian couple was detained, which prepared two explosions in the three -pile.
Initially, the enemy planned to blow up a service car parked near the Tax Code, and after arriving at the place of emergency services, the second explosive was supposed to work.
Thus, Russian intelligence services planned not only to kill the maximum number of Ukrainian citizens, but also to eliminate their agents as “unnecessary witnesses”.
According to the investigation, the order of the Russian Federation was carried out by two drug addicts from the Poltava region: a 42-year-old man and his 30-year-old roommate, who was looking for money “on a dose” on a telegram.
There they were recruited by the Russian special service, at the direction of which the couple arrived in Ternopil to prepare a terrorist attack.
After arriving at the regional center, agents received instructions from the invaders – rent an apartment. There they kept two homemade explosive devices equipped with additional nuts of nuts in the form of nuts and electronic means of a remote explosion.
The security service opened agents at the initial stage of subversive activities. After documenting their crimes, both involved persons were detained when they were heading from explosive to a planned terrorist attack.
SBU investigators reported detained suspicions in accordance with two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 2 of art. 258 (preparation for a terrorist act);
- Part 1 of art. 263 (illegal treatment of explosives).
The attackers are in custody. They are threatened up to 12 years in prison with property confiscation.
We recall that recently the security service has identified the 26-year-old LVIV citizen, whom the racists planned “dark” under the shopping center in Krivi Rikha.
