In TRUSKAVES (LVIV region), five adolescents were beaten by an 18-year-old boy with disabilities and published a video with this on the network.
During the beating, the attackers mocked their pants from the boy. At the same time, the video could hear the victim screamed, and asked to let him go. Investigators began a criminal case.
The police established adolescents involved in hooliganism.
A preliminary investigation is carried out. Law enforcement officers take interviews from children in the presence of parents and psychologist, and all circumstances of the event are established.
According to police officers, the event occurred yesterday, March 19, about 20.00 on Mazepa Street in Truskavets, District Drokhobikh.
Four girls and one guy aged 11-14 made hooliganism against an 18-year-old boy with disabilities. All participants in this event are TRUSKAVES.
At the same time, they shot a video, which was later posted on one of the social networks.
In fact, LVIV police investigators began a criminal proceedings in accordance with Part 2 of Article 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment – restriction of freedom for up to five years or prison imprisonment for up to four years.
