Wholesale and processing of the enterprise industry conduct leading taxes in January-February 2025.
The press service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine announced this today, March 17.
It is noted that in January in 2025 the largest share in taxes, fees and payments to the consolidated budget of Ukraine falls on economic organizations in the following sectors of the economy:
- “Wholesale and retail trade; Repair of vehicles and motorcycles ” – 19.3%;
- “Processing industry” – 17.6%;
- “Public administration and protection; Mandatory social insurance ” – 13.1%;
- “Electricity, gas, couples and air conditioning” – 6.2%.
Compared to the same period last year in January to February 2025, the greatest increase in taxes in the following industries was recorded:
- “Industry processing” – an increase of 48%, or +15.8 billion UAH;
- “Wholesale and retail trade; Repair of vehicles and motorcycles ” – an increase of 34.7%, or +13.8 billion hryvnias;
- “Public administration and protection; Mandatory social insurance ” – an increase of 36.2%, or +9.7 billion hryvnias;
- “Professional, scientific and technical activity” – an increase of 58.7%, or +5.2 billion hryvnia.
