The People’s Deputy said his “services” cost about 30% of the value of completed contracts. Therefore, Kuzminykh requested, according to law enforcement officials, to transfer to him 558 thousand hryvnias for assistance in one of the tenders.
While the investigation was established, the people’s representative planned to apply such a procedure for calculating the amount of unlawful benefits in connection with other future contracts, in particular, for the supply of MRI. (30% of UAH 37.499 million – UAH 11.25 million) and a laparoscopic kit for surgical procedures (30% from UAH 1.19 million – UAH 398.33 thousand).
