101-year-old Rador Theodore, used by the participants of the conspiracy as a symbol of their organization called Vlad Tepes’ command, was involved in the case.
The Romanian prosecutor has confined six people in suspicion to create an organized criminal group and treachery. Digi24 reported it on Thursday, March 6.
According to the investigation, the group outlined the military principle, contacted the agents of a foreign state and made trips to Russia.
101-year-old Rador Theodore, used by the participants of the conspiracy as a symbol of their organization called Vlad Tepes’ command, was involved in the case.
In 2023, the suspects created an organized group “to break the sovereignty and independence of the state of Romania and create political methods to break the country’s protection,” which conducts systematic work to achieve their goals.
Among other things, they repeatedly contacted the “agents of a foreign side in Romania and the Russian Federation”, where, in particular, they went to Russia several times and discussed plans to occupy state power in Romania.
The suspects intended to influence the Romanian political structure, seeking to recover the country from NATO and want to change the constitutional system.
Law enforcement officials conducted searches in Bucharest and some districts, the evidence was obtained. The court should resolve the issue of arresting four suspects and arrests at home for two others.
We are reminding that the Romanian prosecutor’s office earlier confined 18 people in a case related to pro-Russian politicians and ex-candidates for President Kalin Georges. The prosecutor’s office also filed a request for the election of a prevention proposal in the form of restraint within 30 days for the detainees, and for the three defendants in Absentia.
As you know, Kalina Georgkek was confined on December 26. Then a measure of restraint for her was selected by a ban on 60 days.
