Conflict with military personnel arose in a sheet. An attack on an employee of the territorial personnel center occurred when he performed his duties together with the police. The attacker was detained. Sumy Region police reported this on Facebook.
Law enforcement officers claim that a 23-year-old man “behaves boldly” and refused to comply with law enforcement agencies. Security forces said that a civilian began to resist the military committee and sprayed tear gas from the bank on one of Tcchniki and seemed to hit him. One of the police officers also received damage during its detention.
Investigators have already opened a criminal proceedings in the framework of the second part of art. 345 (threat or violence against a law enforcement officer) and part 2 of art. 350 (threat or violence against an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The citizen faces up to five years in prison.
We will recall that in February in Odessa, during the verification of documents, a conflict arose between 28-year-old local residents and military personnel of the Tax Code and SP. The citizen sprayed tear gas in the face of one of the military committees and shot in his side of the injured weapon. Subsequently, the police detained a civilian and opened a criminal case against him.
