Poland’s defense minister and Slovakia Vladislav Kosinyak-Kamysh and Robert Kalinek have signed a letter to Warsaw in strengthening cooperation in the defense industry, especially for the manufacture of 155 mm caliber shells, Ukrinform reports.
During a joint conference assembly, Kosinyak-Kamysh noted that the agreement occupies four spheres. In particular, the Slovak side is interested in buying from Poland PZRK Piorun.
According to him, the second place remembers the joint actions aimed at increasing the capacity of bullet manufacture, with a special focus on 155 mm caliber bullets.
He added that Slovakia in this regard is almost the greatest production capabilities not only in Europe, but also the world.
The third direction is the possibility of joint making a tire that is armored by carrier personnel based on Polish Rosomak with Turra 30 Turra 30 Tower.
It has been reported that the Slovak side is interested in the South Korea Tank K2 version of Poland.
Vladislav Kosinyak-Kamysh added that it was necessary in the shortest possible time to agree to South Korea’s side for making K2PL tanks, on the purchase where Bratislava was interested.
