For the first time, the Federal Supreme Court of Germany approved the extradition of a citizen of Ukraine. He tried to avoid her, referring to the unwillingness to serve in the armed forces from personal beliefs.

According to Amal Berlin, a request for extradition of a person who went to Germany. At home, he is accused of threats and physical violence against a policeman during blood in the hospital. Other details of the case, as well as the name or age of the suspect are not reported.
After Germany began the extradition of the Ukrainian, he opposed. For example, in Ukraine this can be called into the army, and he does not want this “in good conscience” because he does not want to kill people.
The High Land Court of Dresden appealed to the Federal Supreme Court of Germany to explain whether the request for extradition may be satisfied in such circumstances.
The latter answered the statement. Basic: Refusal of military service for conscience is not an obstacle to extradition if the state has been attacked in violation of international law.
