Based on the evidence collected, the investigators were informed for extending all five accused of suspicion within the second part of the art. 28, part 2 of art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war, which caused the death of people committed by the previous conspiracy by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
