President Vladimir Zelensky appointed the commander of the ground forces of the armed forces of Ukraine, Major General Mikhail Dapaty, the head of the Khortitsa troop-strategic group.
“Today he ordered to strengthen the command staff of our troops in Donetskin-Major General Mikhail Dapaty was sent to the command of the operational-strategic grouping of the troops of Khortitsa. This is the most brutal direction of the battles. The President also said that Major General Andrei Gnatov has been appointed Deputy Chief of the General Staff.
“His work is a new level of training of the operational headquarters and the highest quality of communication between the headquarters and the front,” said the president.
