The girl who was beaten in Bila Tserkva probably spread rumors about some participants in the event, so the teenagers decided to fix things themselves. The head of the juvenile prevention department of the Department of Preventive Activities of the National Police, Vasily Bogdan, spoke about this, the National Police reports on its Telegram channel.
“The conflict between the participants arose due to rumors of a different nature… and possible harm to him (the victim, – edit.) the entrance door to the house where one of the participants lives, for the repair of which they asked for funds from the girl. “Unfortunately, teenagers have decided to fix things this way by committing crimes,” said the law enforcement officer.

In addition, the actions of all participants in the crime have been reclassified and their actions are now considered as part of the pre-trial investigation into the commission of torture.
