An unknown person fired from a machine gun at a service station in Kyiv.
Today, January 20, police received a report of an aggressive man in the Darnitsky district who threatened service station workers with physical violence. The applicant also reported to line 112 about shooting from a machine gun. The patrol police reported this on Facebook.
Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement officers found that the attacker had fled the scene in a Volkswagen car. Law enforcement officers asked about the signs of the offender and began searching.
Subsequently, the shooter’s car was found, and the fugitive himself was found in one of the premises in the adjacent territory. The attacker was detained and handed over to investigators. The machine gun found inside the car was sent for examination. Investigators entered information about the incident into the ERDR under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism committed with the use of weapons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that on January 17 in Cherkassy a woman started shooting with a pistol in one of the shops. The premises were occupied by customers and staff at that time. Despite the shock, store employees and customers were not at a loss – they disarmed the woman and called the police.
