The Gravehawk system can use Ukrainian missiles already in service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In 2025, the UK will transfer to Ukraine 15 new Gravehawk mobile air defense systems, developed with joint funding from Britain and Denmark. This was reported on the British government website following Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s visit to Kyiv on January 16
“The innovative system, the size of a shipping container, is capable of modernizing air-to-air missiles for ground-based air defense,” the statement said.

“Two prototypes of the air defense system were tested in Ukraine in September (2024 – Ed.), and 15 more will be transferred this year,” the British government website notes.
We remind you that Britain will soon transfer 150 artillery barrels to Ukraine as part of an aid package of about $2.6 billion in interest costs from Russian fixed assets.
It was also reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth and Development of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland announced the provision of GBP100 million for humanitarian aid to Ukraine and GBP40 million to support Ukraine’s economy.
