Kyiv police have identified four more participants in the scandalous incident involving minors. Criminal proceedings were initiated for desecration of state symbols. The National Police reported it on January 14.

The police made administrative protocols against the parents of four of them for 184 Code of Administrative Offenses (failure of parents or persons in their vicinity to fulfill the responsibilities of raising children). The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
