The rangers of the 6th MTR Regiment resisted the invaders, killing 17 North Korean soldiers, and one of them blew himself up with a grenade. In the morning, a MTR cleanup group moved into the battle area and came across one surviving DPRK fighter. He set an unsuccessful trap for the Ukrainians – he wanted to explode with them on a grenade. However, as the rangers approached, he blew himself up.
Let us remind you that the fighters of the UA_REG unit of the Separate Special Operations Center “West” named after Prince Izyaslav Mstislavich fought an eight-hour battle with the North Koreans. During the fire contact, not a single Ukrainian special forces soldier was injured.
