The press service of the National Police published a video showing the first minutes after the bloody Russian airstrike on Zaporozhye on January 8.
During the cynical shelling, Zaporozhye patrol officers were among the first to arrive at the scene of the tragedy, the police noted.
It is noted that after the airstrike:
- patrol officers provided medical assistance to the injured, helped citizens evacuate to safe areas, because the threat of a second strike was extremely high;
- inspectors blocked road traffic to protect other people;
- Police officers used official cars to transport the wounded to hospitals.
The video shows how first aid is provided to the wounded and how they are transported.
