The new US military aid package for Ukraine contains air defense missiles, equipment for F-16 aircraft and other weapons. The Pentagon announced this on Thursday, January 9.
The aid is stated to be within Presidential Authorization (PDA), which means that supplies will be made immediately from US Army stockpiles.
The package includes:

missiles for air defense systems – AIM-7, RIM-7, AIM-9M;

air-to-ground munitions;

support equipment for F-16 aircraft;

armored bridge system;
-
equipment for secure communication;
-
small arms and ammunition;
-
spare parts, accessories, service, training, transportation.
“This is the 74th tranche of weapons transferred by the Biden administration to Ukraine from the US Department of Defense stockpile since August 2021. The United States continues to engage with nearly 50 allies and partners,” the statement said .
We remind you that today the Secretary of Defense of the United States Lloyd Austin announced the allocation of a military aid package to Ukraine in the amount of $500 million in a meeting in the Ramstein format.
