A truck fell from a bridge in the Goloseevsky district of Kyiv.
The traffic accident occurred in the morning at about 6:45 on January 2 at the exit from the South Bridge. According to preliminary information, the driver became ill while driving. He lost control and fell off the bridge. The State Emergency Service reported this on Facebook.
Rescuers pulled the man out of the mangled truck and handed him over to doctors. He refused hospitalization.
State Emergency Service employees also washed away the fuel from the roadway. Nine rescuers and two units of basic and special fire and rescue equipment worked at the scene of the call.
The cause and all the details of the incident will be determined by law enforcement officers.
Let us remind you that on December 31, an accident involving a car and a truck occurred in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Five people died in the accident: girls aged 15 and 18 and three boys aged 16, 18 and 20.
