Ukrainian partisans committed sabotage on the railway near a missile and artillery train in the Tver region of Russia.
The enemy uses this section of the route to supply the front with ammunition from the 23rd and 107th arsenals of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (GRAU), which are strategically important objects for the Russian military infrastructure. The partisan movement “ATESH” reported this on January 2 on Telegram.
It is noted that at the 107th GRAU arsenal, with an area of about 5 square meters. km, Iskander ballistic missiles, Tochka-U missiles, as well as shells for large-caliber artillery and ammunition for the Smerch and Grad MLRS are stored. And at the 23rd arsenal, 16 km south of Toropets, although smaller in area, it stores significant reserves of tank and artillery shells, high-explosive fragmentation mines and ammunition for mortars, as well as anti-tank missiles and guided missiles.
The partisans emphasized that the trains provide a significant part of the logistics for the Russian army on the front line. However, as a result of sabotage, the supply of ammunition was complicated and an important supply line was disrupted.
Let us remind you that in November, a Ukrainian agent destroyed a relay cabinet on the railway near the village of Urozhainoye, Tokmak district, Zaporozhye region. This led to disruptions in the supply of military equipment and fuel to the invaders on the front line.
