The purchase of drones and electronic warfare equipment has been simplified for military units.

    .

The speaker of the Ministry of Defense Dmitry Lazutkin spoke about this, citing the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. According to him, it significantly simplifies the procedures for purchasing UAVs and electronic warfare equipment of domestic production.

As Lazutkin explained, commanders of military units can purchase drones and tactical-level electronic systems without unnecessary bureaucratic approvals from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military command and control bodies.

Also, military units can join agreements concluded by procurement agencies of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the State Special Communications Service, which will allow them to receive equipment faster and at more competitive prices.
