In the Kherson region, in the village of Tyaginka, the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone onto a car. The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Sunday, December 29.
One man was killed by enemy fire.
“On December 29, around 12:00, the Russian military attacked a civilian car with a drone in the village of Tyaginka, Berislavsky district, Kherson region. As a result of the fall of explosives, one man died,” said message.
Currently, the prosecutor’s office has started a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of a war crime related to the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier, the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office began a pre-trial investigation into the truth of the Russian Federation’s drone attack on a civilian vehicle in Kherson. As a result of enemy shooting, there were dead and wounded.
Recently, the Russian military has bombarded the Kherson region, using drones, artillery and mortars.
