An official of the Kyiv City Military Administration issued a fictitious II disability group for himself. In 2022, the official submitted to one of the regional medical and social services in Kyiv fake medical certificates about his diagnosis, as well as fake “extracts from the medical record”, allegedly certifying his stay in hospital treatment. This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General.
Law enforcement officers established that this allowed the official not only a reservation from mobilization, but also allowed him to receive disability payments from the state budget. Thus, since 2022, the official received almost 283 thousand UAH of pension payments.
He was informed of suspicion under Part 3 and Part 3 of Art. faces up to five years in prison.
