Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations said 28 people survived the plane crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane that occurred near the city of Aktau, Tengrinews.kz reports.
“The number of survivors is 28 people, two of them children,” the message said.
