The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine extended the validity of reservations valid as of December 19 for a month.
This decision is due to recent cyber attacks that temporarily affected the operation of a number of government registries. House reservations from mobilization have continued while systems restoration continues. We are talking about a reservation provided by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine or through the “Action” portal. First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko announced this on December 24 on Facebook.
According to her information, the booking will be extended automatically. Citizens do not need to additionally contact the relevant authorities to obtain new documents.
For example, if an employee’s reservation was due to expire on December 20, 2024, it will automatically be extended until January 20, 2025. But no longer than until February 28, 2025,” the minister wrote.
If your reservation has ended by December 19th of this year, it will not be renewed. Such reservations can be resumed once government registries are reopened.
Sviridenko also informed that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine must make the necessary changes to the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel and Reservists within five days in order to synchronize the register data with the adopted changes.
Let us remind you that the Cabinet of Ministers approved the updated rules for the reservation of military personnel. In order for an enterprise to be able to make a reservation, the employee must receive a salary of at least 20 thousand UAH, and he must also update his data and not be on the wanted list.
