The head of state fired several ambassadors and heads of special commissions and appointed other people in their places.
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky reshuffled the Ukrainian ambassadors on Saturday, December 21. The Office of the President reports this.
The President fired several Ukrainian ambassadors, including:

Andrey Pravednik, who served as Ukraine’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Rwanda;

Andrey Taran, Ambassador of Ukraine to Slovenia;

Petro Beshta, Ambassador of Ukraine to Lithuania;
-
Sergei Korsunsky, Ambassador of Ukraine to Japan;
-
Vasily Gamyanin, Ambassador of Ukraine to Indonesia and representative of Ukraine in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations;
-
Emine Dzharapova, who served as Ukraine’s representative to international organizations in Vienna;
-
Evgeniy Filippenko, Ambassador of Ukraine to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
Zelensky also fired Pavel Ryabikin, Ambassador of Ukraine to China. He was appointed to this post in April 2023. Previously, Ryabikin was the head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and in 2021-2023 he headed the Ministry for Strategic Industries.
The President also removed Sergei Kislitsa from the position of Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN and the position of Ambassador of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
The President also signed several decrees appointing new ambassadors of Ukraine, namely:

Vyacheslav Yatsyuk was appointed to the post of Ambassador of Ukraine to Rwanda;

Yulia Fedov as Ambassador to the Philippines;

Olga Nikitchenko Ambassador to Lithuania;

Feodor Sándor as ambassador to Hungary;

Petra Beštu as Ambassador to Slovenia;

Vasily Gamyanina as Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of the Congo;

Evgeniy Tsymbalyuk is the representative of Ukraine at the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
Zelensky replaced the head of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. Irina Borovets was removed from her position, and Maryana Betsu, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, was appointed in her place.
Let’s recall that Vladimir Zelensky earlier said in a video message that he agreed to the appointment of more than 30 Ukrainian ambassadors abroad.
