The Russians announced on the morning of December 21 a drone attack on Kazan, where a gunpowder factory operates, which is key to the Russian military-industrial complex. This was announced by the head of the Center for Combating Disinformation (CPD) Andrei Kovalenko in his Telegram.
“There is a Kazan powder plant in the city, which is one of the main enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex, specializing in the production of explosives, rocket fuel and other substances critical for the Russian army,” he said.
The plant performs the function of supplying the Russian armed forces with ammunition and materials necessary for the production of missiles of various classes and purposes, including Caliber, Iskander missiles, etc.
“In general, the Kazan Powder Plant is one of the “backbones” of the Russian military-industrial complex, without which the mass production of ammunition is impossible,” CPD said.
