Several cities in the Rostov region came under massive drone and missile attacks last night. This was said by the acting governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar.
He claimed that cities in the region were attacked by more than three dozen drones and three missiles. Air defense forces were deployed to protect: Taganrog, Bataysk, Rostov, Shakhty, Kamensk, Millerovo and Novoshakhtinsk.
The Russian official assures us that allegedly “most of the targets in the air have been neutralized.” However, he admitted that the fire occurred at the Novoshakhtinsky oil products plant.
“Unfortunately, due to the fall of fragments of a drone, one person was injured in a village near Rostov and he was given the necessary assistance,” Slyusar assured.
He added that the fire at the refinery has been extinguished.
