Alexander Kunitsky, people’s deputy of the presidential faction “Servant of the People,” informed the faction that he would not return to Ukraine until his conditions were met.
Ukrayinska Pravda reported this on December 17, citing its sources.
The last time a deputy took part in voting was on September 19.
In September, Kunitsky went on a business trip to Israel. From there he went to join his family in the USA, and has not returned to Ukraine since then.
Kunitsky informed the “servants” faction about this and noted that he would not return to Ukraine “until the police representatives who broke his ribs are punished.” Kunitsky also noted that he was ready to resign his mandate, says the interlocutor.
Journalists note that the faction is in no hurry to make such a decision and lose another representative in the Verkhovna Rada.
The last time Kunitsky voted at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada was back on September 19. Then he went on a business trip to Israel, and from there to the USA, where his family lives.
