The Security Service of Ukraine published a photo of a suspect in the terrorist attack in Dnieper. On December 14, the SBU and the National Police exposed a man who may be involved in an explosion in the center of a million-plus city.
Security forces say that “hot on the heels” they detained a man who detonated an improvised explosive device in the Dnieper near the building of the TsK and SP in the Dnieper.
A previously convicted 37-year-old resident of the region was involved in the terrorist attack. The defendant was taken to the police station. Searches are ongoing at the detainee’s place of residence, and all necessary investigative actions are being carried out.
The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the person involved and announcing to him the suspicion under Art. 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that as a result of an explosion in one of the central districts of the Dnieper, a person was killed and two policemen were also injured. They were taken to the hospital, and doctors are now fighting for their lives.
