In the Transcarpathian region in the Mukachiv region, the remains of an enemy missile with undetonated ammunition were neutralized.
The missile was shot down during a massive Russian air attack on December 13, the press service of the Transcarpathian region police reports.
On the morning of December 13, Russian troops once again massively attacked Ukraine with missiles and unmanned aerial devices.
Transcarpathian police officers went to the site where the debris of the downed enemy shell fell. During a survey of the territory outside populated areas, a warhead of a Russian missile was discovered, which did not detonate and posed a threat to the population, the report says.
It is noted that after the immediate evacuation of local residents, the enemy shell was destroyed through a controlled detonation. After this, experts examined the crater formed as a result of the explosion; no dangerous parts were found.
We remind you: if you find suspicious objects, do not approach or touch them under any circumstances. Report the event by calling 102 or 101, police say.
