In Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, due to the “aggravation of the situation associated with the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation,” gas supplies have been suspended since December 12.
This was reported by the press service of PJSC Donetskoblgaz.
Over the past months, specialists of Donetskoblgaz JSC, despite the shelling, did everything possible to ensure that the residents of Pokrovsk received natural gas and could enjoy its benefits, the message says.
It is noted that at present, due to significant damage to gas pipelines and constant enemy attacks, eliminating the consequences of hostilities on the gas distribution system and restoring gas supply to subscribers is impossible.
If possible, we ask Pokrovsk subscribers to turn off the gas valves on gas appliances and on the gas pipeline to the appliances. We ask private sector subscribers in the city to close the shut-off device on the gas pipeline entering the house, the company added.
Let us remind you that the Russian invaders have about 5 km left to Pokrovsk.
