NABU and SAPO have completed an investigation into the suspicion of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Pavel Kirilenko, of illegal enrichment worth UAH 72.1 million and declaring false information. The NABU press service reported this on Monday, December 9.
In 2020 – 2023, the suspect, as the head of the regional administration of the state, acquired 21 real estate properties and a luxury car, registering the property in the name of his wife’s relatives.

house near Kyiv with an area of more than 220 sq. m and 2 lands;

2 garage boxes;

6 parking spaces;

3 non-residential areas with a total area of more than 190 sq. m;

BMW X3 car.
At the same time, the difference between the value of the specified property and the cash (income, savings) of the official and his wife amounted to UAH 72.1 million.
Additionally, the suspect did not indicate the acquired property in the declarations of the person authorized to perform state duties for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
On August 14, he was informed of the suspicion.
