A Ukrainian military man who left his unit without permission and illegally crossed the border decided to return to the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces when he learned that his brother had been mobilized.
The State Border Service reported this on December 6. The man illegally crossed the border with Romania and was detained on the territory of Ukraine by border guards.
As it turned out, this was a resident of the Vinnytsia region, who had gone to the Northwestern Front in early October.
However, he later learned that his brother had been drafted into the army, so he decided to return to continue defending the country together.
To do this, he took advantage of the law that allows him to avoid punishment for SZCh (but he still received an administrative protocol for illegal border crossing).
