Russian invaders blame the climate—solely rising air temperatures—for the massive forest fires that recently destroyed 4,300 hectares of forest around the rear Stanitsa Luganskaya.
This was reported by the press service of the Lugansk Public Educational Institution.
This is exactly the conclusion reached by local forestry. Other causes of the fire are not even considered, the report says.
The OVA notes that the occupiers are silent about the reasons for large-scale fires, such as the lack of preventive measures, extinguishing agents and staff shortages, as well as the failed campaign of the occupation authorities to eliminate the natural disaster.
When, for example, houses in surrounding settlements were being searched through the streets, and rescue crews did not even arrive. People whose homes burned to the ground evacuated, mostly on their own, noted the Lugansk Police Department.
