Elements of a Russian missile were discovered on the territory of the Dniester district of the Chernivtsi region. This was announced by the head of OVA Ruslan Zaparanyuk on Telegram on Thursday, December 5.
“Based on the results of the analysis of the fall zone of debris from a fallen enemy object on the territory of the Dniester region, outside populated areas, elements of an enemy missile were discovered,” he wrote.
Zaparanyuk noted that the missile warhead did not explode. Explosive technicians conducted blasting operations.
There were no injuries or damages in the area where the remains were found.
We remind you that tonight Russia attacked the Kiev region with drones. As a result of falling debris from downed enemy targets, private houses and power lines were damaged.
In total, air defense forces shot down 30 of the 44 drones fired by Russian forces in Ukraine.
