In the last 24 hours, 168 military clashes have been recorded on the front. 82 attacks of Russian troops were repulsed by defenders in the direction of Pokrovsky and Kurakhovsky. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this in its morning report on Thursday, December 5.
In the direction of Kharkov, there were seven enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Volchansk, Vysokaya Yaruga, Glubokoe, and the enemy actively used bomber aircraft.
In the direction of Kupyansk, 15 attacks by invaders took place within 24 hours. The defense forces repelled enemy attacks towards Kucherivka, Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Pervomaisky, Zelenyi Gai and Lozovaya.
In the direction of Liman the enemy attacked 14 times. I tried to advance near Grekovka, Druzhelubovka, Makeevka, Ternov and Zarechny. In the Toretsk direction, the enemy made four attacks in the Toretsk area.
At the direction of Pokrovsky, our defenders stopped 41 attacks and offensive actions of the Russians towards Mirolyubovka, Luch, Lisevka, Dachensky, Zheltoy, Shevchenko, Pushkino and Novopustynka. The greatest concentration of enemy attacks was near the settlements of Lisovka and Pushkino.
Under the direction of Kurakhovsky, the Defense Forces repelled 41 enemy attacks. The enemy concentrated the main offensive efforts in the areas of Solntsevka, Berestki, Zarya, Novodmitrovka, Kurakhovo, Dalniy, Dachnoye, Romanovka, Elizavetovka and Uspenovka.
In the direction of Vremovsky, the enemy carried out 19 attacks on our positions near Zeleny Pole, Novodarovka, Konstantinopolsky and Sukha Yalov.
Under the direction of Gulyai-Polye and Orekhovsky, the invaders did not take offensive actions, but they actively used aviation. In the direction of the Dnieper, the Russian invaders attacked our positions five times. We met fierce resistance and were defeated.
The operation continues in the Kursk region. In the past 24 hours, the enemy stormed the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces 22 times, carried out 335 artillery attacks, 17 air strikes, and dropped 25 attack bombs.
Yesterday, Defense Forces missile forces and artillery carried out nine strikes on three areas where personnel were concentrated and on a Russian command post.
We remind you that in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liquidated 1,580 invaders. Since the start of the full-scale war against Ukraine, the Russian army has lost 748,950 soldiers.
