In a meeting with representatives of anti-corruption authorities, they discussed transparency and efficiency in the use of American money.

Representatives of the US Senate Appropriations Committee on Wednesday, December 4, met with the Ukrainian delegation. It includes representatives of NABU, SAPO and the High Anti-Corruption Court. US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink reported this on the X social network.

He noted that the meeting focused on issues of transparency and efficiency in the use of financial assistance provided by the United States to Ukraine. In addition, the ambassador noted the importance of the independence of Ukraine’s anti-corruption structures for this process.

“Ukraine’s dedication to the independence of its anti-corruption institutions contributes to ensuring transparency in the use of US foreign aid,” concludes Bridget Brink.

As reported, a bipartisan delegation of representatives of the US Senate Appropriations Committee arrived in Ukraine on Wednesday.

We remind you that the United States will allocate a new military aid package to Ukraine worth $725 million.
