The Verkhovna Rada, during its meeting today, December 4, introduced changes to the Tax Code, according to which increased taxes for individual entrepreneurs will take effect from January 1, 2025, and not retroactively from October 1, 2024.

The corresponding changes are introduced by bill No. 9319, which was supported by 268 deputies in the second reading.
It was in it that there was an amendment that corrected tax bill 11416d and “retroactively”, where from October 1, taxes are transferred to January 1, 2025 for individual entrepreneurs. , he noted.
Also, tax increases are postponed for legal entities operating on the simplified tax system of Group III.
