The aggressor country, the Russian Federation, attacked Ukraine on the night of December 3 with 28 Shahed-type attack UAVs and other types of drones.
Enemy air targets were launched in the direction of Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Kursk, Orel, Millerovo in Russia. Anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare and mobile fire teams worked on Russian drones. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down 22 UAVs in the Kyiv, Chernigov, Vinnitsa, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Odessa, Nikolaev and Dnepropetrovsk regions. One drone was lost locally, and two more left controlled airspace in the direction of Belarus and the temporarily occupied territory.
Several hits were recorded on critical infrastructure facilities in the Ternopil and Rivne regions.
In the Kyiv region, destruction was also recorded as a result of a UAV raid. The regional military administration reported damage to four private residential buildings, two cars and a gas pipe. A garage was also destroyed in one of the areas. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Let us remind you that on the night of December 3, Russian drones hit a critical infrastructure facility in Ternopil. After this, part of the city was left without electricity.
Enemy UAVs also attacked an energy infrastructure facility in the Rivne region. It is preliminary known that no people were injured.
