Dozens of Shahed-type attack UAVs flew into Belarus last night.
Over the last night, from December 1 to 2, 31 Russian drones flew into Belarusian territory. Some drones have flown into Belarus more than once. The monitoring group “Belarusian Gayun” reported this on Telegram.
It is noted that Russian drones passed through the Belarusian corridor and flew in the direction of Loev, Bragin, Rechitsa, Mozyr, Gomel and Khoinik. At the same time, one of them was moving in the direction of Belarus, then turned around and flew to Russia, from there it turned around again towards Belarus and again back to Russia.
The first drone activity was recorded at 23.03 – “Shahed” flew through Komarin into the “Belarusian corridor” and, having passed over the territory, flew in the direction of Chernobyl.
The monitoring group indicates that yesterday another aircraft of the Belarusian Air Force did not take off. However, six drones were lost at night over the territory of Belarus and Russia.
Let us recall that on the night of December 2, 2024, the enemy launched 110 Shahed attack UAVs and other types of drones in the directions of Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
52 drones were destroyed, and another 50 drones were locally lost, presumably as a result of countermeasures from electronic warfare systems.
