Soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces replenished the exchange fund with captured Russians from the Kursk region.
In the Kursk region, during one of the unsuccessful enemy assaults, the Russian occupiers were eliminated. At the same time, some Russians escaped, and those who survived and hid were taken prisoner by a unit of the Galician brigade. In this way, 11 invaders were captured. The command of the Air Assault Troops of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on December 2 in Telegram.
The prisoners turned out to be former prisoners who signed a contract with the army of the aggressor country. Former prisoners were ordered to seize a settlement controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where the Russian civilian population is located.
The DShU noted that the Russian command has traditionally thrown poorly trained and poorly equipped former prisoners into battle. The command itself fled as soon as the battle began.
The military also released a video of the interrogation of prisoners.
Let us recall that on November 27, in the Kursk region, soldiers of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine captured several dozen servicemen of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
