The temperature at night is 0-5° below zero, during the day from 2° below zero to 3° above zero; in the southern part and western region about 0° at night, 1-6° during the day; in the Carpathians at night 5-10° below zero, during the day about 0°.
In Kyiv on December 2, there was no rain. Variable wind direction, 3-8 m/s. The temperature at night is 0-2° below zero, during the day it is 0-2° warm.
We remind you that Europe is facing the coldest winter in recent years. Temperatures in March are expected to be below the levels seen in the past two years.
