Poland’s former president warned against a war “freeze”.

The decision could become a serious obstacle in Ukraine’s negotiations with the EU and create further uncertainty in the region as Putin continues his aggressive policies.

A frozen war in Ukraine would only benefit Russian President Vladimir Putin, former Polish President Alexander Kwasniewski said.

“A frozen conflict is not peace, but only a frozen war, which will give Putin time to regroup troops and increase the production of ammunition. For Ukraine, this is tragic news, because it cannot restore the lost territories and plan for their future,” he explained.

Kwasniewski also warned that this decision would be a serious obstacle to Ukraine’s negotiations with the EU and create further uncertainty in the region as Putin continues his aggressive policies.

Let’s remember that in September, President Zelensky said that there will be no freeze in the war in the Russian Federation, because during the ceasefire, the Russians will prepare and attack Ukraine again.
